01About this policy
This privacy policy explains how Bespoke Traffic Pty Ltd (ABN [ABN to be confirmed]), trading as Bespoke Traffic ("Bespoke Traffic", "we", "us" or "our"), collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information. It applies to our website, bespoketraffic.com, and to the digital marketing, web and related services we provide.
We are an Australian business and handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Because we also have a presence in the United Kingdom and Thailand, we apply the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) where they apply to the people we deal with in those countries.
02Information we collect
We only collect personal information that we need to run our business and provide our services. This may include:
- Contact details such as your name, business name, email address, phone number and website address.
- Enquiry details you share with us, such as the services you are interested in, your budget range and information about your business and goals.
- Client account information needed to deliver services, such as access to your website, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Meta, analytics, hosting or domain accounts.
- Billing information such as invoicing contacts and payment records. We do not store full credit card numbers.
- Website usage data such as pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and referring website, collected through cookies and analytics tools.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive information. Please do not send us sensitive information unless we ask for it for a specific purpose.
03How we collect it
We collect personal information when you fill in a form on our website, email or call us, book a meeting, become a client, connect us to your marketing accounts, subscribe to updates or browse our website. Sometimes we collect information from third parties, such as a referral partner or a publicly available business listing, where it is reasonable to do so.
04How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- respond to enquiries and prepare audits, proposals and quotes;
- deliver, manage and report on the services you engage us for;
- invoice and manage our client accounts;
- improve our website, services and customer experience;
- send occasional updates or marketing, where you have agreed or where the law allows (you can unsubscribe at any time); and
- meet our legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
Where the UK GDPR or PDPA applies, we rely on one or more lawful bases, including performing a contract with you, our legitimate business interests, your consent and compliance with legal obligations.
05Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We may share it with trusted service providers who help us run our business, such as hosting, email, CRM, analytics, accounting and project management providers, and with platforms you ask us to manage on your behalf, such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok. These providers may only use the information to provide services to us or to you.
We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law, or to professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers.
06Overseas disclosure
Our team operates across Australia, the United Kingdom and Thailand, and some of our service providers store data in other countries, including the United States. This means personal information may be accessed from or stored outside the country where it was collected. When this happens we take reasonable steps to make sure the information is protected to a standard similar to the laws that apply to you.
08Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure. This includes using reputable cloud providers, access controls, strong passwords and two-factor authentication on accounts we manage. We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or to meet legal requirements, then securely delete or de-identify it.
If we become aware of a data breach that is likely to cause serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the relevant regulator as required by law.
09Access, correction and your rights
You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to ask us to delete your information, restrict or object to how we use it, withdraw your consent or receive a copy in a portable format. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to confirm your identity first.
10Complaints
If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au). If you are in the UK, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). If you are in Thailand, you can contact the Personal Data Protection Committee.
